At Hoon Coffee, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality coffee products. We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive fresh and undamaged. As a company that sells food products, we have specific guidelines regarding our return policy.
No Returns on Coffee Products
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on coffee or any other food items. Once a bag of coffee has been opened, it cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations, as contamination may occur. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers, and therefore, we do not allow returns for opened bags.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your package has been damaged during shipping, we will consider returns under the following conditions:
- Proof of Damage: You must provide evidence of the damage. This can include photographs of the damaged package and its contents.
- Shipping Carrier Confirmation: Your claim must be supported by the shipping carrier’s confirmation regarding the damage sustained during transit.
- Notification: You must inform us of any damages within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review each case individually and determine if a replacement or refund is warranted.
